Yamuna Expressway, 6 lane wide and 165 km long, is the
country’s longest express highway. The project, having been completed in 2012,
is one of India’s biggest highway projects connecting Noida and Agra. The
expressway has been made in such a way that fighter planes can also land on it
and recently, Mirage 2000 landed on the highway successfully. Owing to the
grandness of the highway, many residential builders are investing in projects
on and around it. One such project is by Imperia Structures Pvt. Ltd. The
project shares its name with the fighter plane which has just landed on the
highway, Mirage.
Mirage by Imperia Structures is located at Jaypee Sports
City at Yamuna Expressway. The project shares its boundaries with F1 tracks on
Buddh International Circuit and spreads across 6 tall residential towers in 5
acres. It has a plethora of 3 BHK apartments which open up from three sides to
allow a living delved in fresh air.
Mirage propounds a host of word class amenities which
include amphitheatre, gardens of colors and fragrance, party lawn, gym with
Jacuzzi, musical fountain, elder’s corner, mini market, wide parking, rain
water harvesting system, etc. besides the more common services like ATMs,
jogging track, Vaastu-compliance and pools for adults and kids.
Yamuna Expressway is proposed to extend to Lucknow via the
Firozabad road and the proposed international airport at Tundla. Yamuna
Expressway Industrial Development Authority has also given a go ahead to metro
connectivity with metro running from Pari Chowk metro station to Yamuna
Expressway Sector 18 and 20. These developments stand for the high pace of
infrastructural development which is happening at a light-like speed in the
country. Such an epitome of development call for equally or better advanced residential
abodes which surround the expressway. Imperia’s Mirage is one such extravagant
project which will add up to the utility of the expressway.
